Work-life. Balance is good, you have a good relationship with your peers. Managers do support you

Salary structure is very very poor. No salaray increment for old employees but new employee with less experience and less knowledge are hired with higher package which creates instability in a team

The ethics of Capgemini and other rules, process, transparency, regulations, process are good. However, they work really well with the organizations based outside India. Or in other words works best for foreign Capgemini organizations but not for India. Its good if you're a good boot licker !

...ravel Female employees are given more attention in the name of "Diversity" :-) for example - (Promotion, Salary hikes, opportunities, initiatives, international travel)

Capgemini is good at corporate environment. Job security will be there when compared to other MNC'S.

No appreciation. Lot of politics being played. No promotions. Stuck with same salary and designation for past 5years. False hopes given by direct reporting manager. No career growth.

Not a good company to work with. No career growth.
