Salary correction should happen proactively. This applies to most of the well-known MNCs in the market.

You have lot of different verticals and you can try to apply in other BU if you are interested. Few leaders with whom you are not working directly are really great to work and they are good motivational factor for anyone.

Dislikes

Compensation is worst, even though you are a good performer. Some of the manager with whom you work directly, they don't even greet you properly in the office and they think they are the king of the company. The company always think about your total experience even though you have proved a lot in less experience.

Salary paid on time which is very important for any employee to continue to work with company and also the Training part which is also very all employees to learn as much as they can.

Dislikes

There is not promotion for some employees if they are exceeded 4-5 years or more which is not good culture for any company.

They just want us to contribute at all the level by helping us getting trained and certified.

Very bad appraisal structure and compensation benefits, you might join at high salary cap but within a year or so you will be under paid

Learning opportunities are galore. Many platforms, courses and trainings are provided. Diversity is given a lot of importance

Dislikes

Poor hike in pay year after year with most years gone without any. Many managers not invested in their resources. The project culture like in most service companies makes one feel that one is merely a head count rather than a person. Unless you work alongside a good manager, it seems like you are on your own to forge your career in the company.
