Capgemini is a global organization with talented people and one can learn from them. It's hard to call a certain culture as the organization is big and there are many micro-cultures.

Dislikes

Compensation and benefits are always going to be pull rather than push i.e. it's going to be on the employee to ask/demand/fight for better compensation for the work they do. Otherwise they will let it run on auto-pilot even if they know and acknowledge about below-market compensation for the work you do.

Salary paid on time which is very important for any employee to continue to work with company and also the Training part which is also very all employees to learn as much as they can.

Dislikes

There is not promotion for some employees if they are exceeded 4-5 years or more which is not good culture for any company.

They just want us to contribute at all the level by helping us getting trained and certified.

Dislikes

Very bad appraisal structure and compensation benefits, you might join at high salary cap but within a year or so you will be under paid
