Management, Support from TLs and managers, Job Opportunities are not there even if you are eligible you will not get any chance to change your Job Role. Biased behaviour of managers towards some agents.

Can't say much as haven't got the opportunity yet to start working from office. But company policies are good, appraisals are fair and I got good hike and bonus for the previous year.

Though haven't got opportunity to work from office, but for me Career growth is slow in my current domain.

Every aspect depends on team & team members. I've faced both good & bad Company policies are good & flexible Enough leaves, cab, wfh, allowance all facilities are available moreover recently they reduced wfh shift allowance.

They're having huge pay scale difference for different background resources that's not quite acceptable policy.

Please don't join CIS. Apart from CIS everything is smooth.

Over all it's a very bad place to work especially for freshers as a fresher I joined in 2022 April now it's October till now there is no hike no bonus it's almost 1.6yrs but no hike regarding work culture it's disgusting they give you training in 1technology and gives you work on other technology so it's 0 rating from my end.period
