Salary is not as per market standards. They do not provide you any reason for providing you hike and promotion , the management take the decision , the reason for the decision making on what hike to give a person remains unknown . Cannot leave a project , you would have to quit the job or face a lot other repercussion in the process of leaving a project voluntarily . No flexibility in that sense. . Cannot change your domain . Company is full of politics . No other perks , no benefits , the medical insurance policy is also not good ( any claim is bound to be rejected ) . A lot of old managers with old way of thinking .

1. Got oppertunity in the tough times. 2. Good thing that they give team lunch twice a year & team outing once a year. 3. Can get senior most experienced in a junior position. 4. Good Job Security. Until & Unless you resign the job. 5. Provides leaves if we apply prior to 1-2 months.

Dislikes

1. Less Salary for experienced people. Example - 2 years of experience employee getting lower than the freshers salary. 2. No work - life balance, As we work more than the shift hours. 3. Giving huge work responsibilities to only one employee without hiring the required number of people. 4. Whole project is depending on only one employee rather than sharing it with atleast 2 if in case of emergency. 5. Managers voice is as rude as he speaks to effect our personal feelings just to win the current situation.

Capgemini Provides best opportunity for freshers

...oyees (One type of harassment) , there encouraging only north Indian employees. There is no concept of bonus, increments and hikes in the capgemini. North Indian managers it looks no difference between freshers and Experiance, it looks equal burden. Why capgemini didn't selects South Indian peoples as managers. There is no opportunity to give south Indian peoples as managers for all teams.

The work culture is very good here . You can easily learn new technologies which is on demand now and shift the career into that

There is a lot of politics and the management doesnot address our issues . Although salary is good but career growth is slow. For freshers there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign .

Job security is good. Getting project is hard, But when we get project, This is the wonderful platform for learning and skill development.

Salary hikes getting is slow. Have to struggle more to be into project.
