Work life balance and company culture is good. If you are willing to learn new things there are enormous number of subscriptions where you can gain knowledge. (Though there is limited time)

Dislikes

Hikes, promotions, pay scale and variable pay are the worst. People who doesn’t want to grow financially and want a stable job can prefer Capgemini , otherwise it’s not recommended.

Huge multinational company,there is no dearth of new opportunities,secured job environment,always new projects are coming,so mostly you will never on bench.

Dislikes

There is no growth in terms of compensation, whatever your salary might be,that is the only thing you get,and same salary you will get year after year.

Good Projects & exposure to processes. Flexible work hours.

Dislikes

.../little scope for change to another. Employees concerns not taken into account. No extra pay/perks for overtime working hrs.

A few people are the only thing I liked about CAPGEMINI.

Dislikes

No employee friendly policies. Employee delight is least bothered. Compensation and benefits are terrible. Low or no responsive HR and aristocratic leadership. Politics at every step, values and ethics are only for name sake.

Likes

Job security with strong brand recognition. Work culture is positive from leadership perspective. Policies are revisited recently for flexibility and benefits such as Sabbatical, half day leaves. Management has high vision and ambition to get into latest technologies like AI, 5G, Block chain.

Dislikes

Poor pay for long term employees. Salary revision is pathetic and will force existing employees to look out. Bell curve and FSSBU has bad management with supervisor or manager responsible for pay. Recognition can be improved.
