Company is good but managers are class4.

Cg follows yearly payment for variable pay which worst policy of its kind in the entire industry. This policy is designed to avoid vp completely for the employees. Even if an employee resigns on 31st March, he is not eligible for variable pay. He will lose the entire years VP. This is nothing but day-light robbery.

There's nothing to like, the culture is horrible.

Dislikes

Lot of company politics, exploitation, extra work hours without pay. There's no action against managers harassing their employees. They don't pay well either but the work load gets more and more with time. They expect you to do the work of 3 people and not talk about it. Because if you do you would be ridiculed and gas lighted. The working hours are "flexible" only in name. The work gets manual and there's no knowledge growth in it.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

...they do look for their employees if you are in the good books of the management. But the pay grade is very low as per industry standards.

The compensation structure needs to be revised as per industry standards every year and some more incentives should be included.

...our. Leadership will give all fresher under lead and asked to get the work done.no salary hike from last 2 year. Only boot leaker get promotion though there is some compliance issue.
