This company will drain you out of your energy and will not even bother to give you a deserving compensation for it, forget Diwali bonus. Work life balance over here is a myth, people working here are a little above robots and managers know everything but managing. To those already working here, good luck! To the ones not yet joined, you are having a better life.. please don't ruin it!

I am in Finance and haven't seen much work pressure here. They have more than enough FTEs to perform activites. Job security is good. Hybrid mode structure is there so one is not forced to come to office everyday.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

...leave the organisation before years they have to pay training expenses of 2lacs. They also provide 50k of retention bonus after 2 years which is fully recoverable if you leave within one year of payout. CTC Structure of Capgemini very misleading and disappointing. Bonus, Gratuity are part of CTC which is unethical. 3 months notice period.
