Firstly i will say about the team As a dba if this your first job mostly you will work in L2 team and here you will many things but you will not get time to learn new things so after completing two years need to switch to l3 team or outside. The salary package is way below the market slab. Annual increment is also not that good i.e. hardly 2-5%.

...ns with me like - Furlough leave, When i asked they told me about the furloughs. Also salary hikes are low.. For small Duration u can join like 1.5 years later u can switch.
