Management is very poor especially MACS- Marketing and Communication Serious department based out of Mumbai.

Work culture, compensation, job security, learnings opportunity and eapecially HR and Marketing management

Capgemini puts employees first and definitely takes care of their work life balance, mental health.

The salary package is way below the market slab. Annual increment is also not that good i.e. hardly 2-5%.

...ns with me like - Furlough leave, When i asked they told me about the furloughs. Also salary hikes are low.. For small Duration u can join like 1.5 years later u can switch.

... while neglecting the well-being and growth of middle and lower-level employees. This creates a work environment where individuals are expected to perform tirelessly without salary increments or career advancement, remaining stagnant at the initial compensation level. HR and WFM secured jobs.

Slow moving, decisions are centralised and flowing from france. Not a very good pay master
