...s always starts at right time without even a single minute delay for whole year. Monthly salary always gets credited well by 30/31st. Finence service are good. Some of the admin depts are good. Transport facility is also good.

One of the worst Indian IT company in regrads to the yearly appisal system. RMs/ 2nd level reviewers are a helpless lot. Senior management does it at their whims with unrealistic recognisations to appease corporate. Sycophents and gangs has lot of scope to get undue credits. HR folks are absolutly useless and the worst lot in industry. Yearly PB is flatly deducted for 70% apprisees population up to 60-100% and hopelessly the 20% of CTC constitute one’s PB. Corporate is honking and always keep on pressing the management to cut the costs and in last 4yrs the environment has became very demoralising and sad place at work thruout the company. Other Admin and support departments are worst in industry like govt crrupt clerks. Freshers are offered megerly 1.8-2.20 L. To add to worst yearly increments are avarage (for 60% population) 0 to 1% or max 3-4% for rest. Will recomond not to join at this time.

It’s main headquarters is pretty good, if your first company is HCL then you need to switch in 1-2years for salary growth because appraisal is monthly performance based which means you would be getting appraisal marks on every 3 months like JFM, AMJ, JAS, OND so if your marks will always 8 or 9 out of 10 then you would be getting 10-15% hike max.

When anyone came with experience then they would provide good salary but same experienced employee who working with HCL would get 10%appraisal which is wrong

...s without any reason will deduct minimum 20% and highest 50% and never get 100%.so you will never full salary. Projects are not good and immediate managers never care or talk to reporters. Micromanagemet at highest level 8.30 hours of login either you have work or not .if you don't available for 2 minutes it will deduct your time from day and No classroom training all only video . Before traing mail announcement seats will be full. They will not allow easily project transfer or location transfer. Most of US project and night shift in India but no oncall moneyor night shift allowance. If client needs you and you are at hospital bed manager will ask you to work later you can die.

Appraisal cycle is on the toss. You will have sacrifices at least 6 to 9 months of bonus and variable pay every year. No compensation for 6 to 9 month is paid if you are position is manger and above.
