As a fresher if u join , you will get nice personnel growth Unless u r assigned to nice project Work life balance is good Personally I got nice project and colleagues to encourage me and to take some difficult tasks

Good work life balance depends upon the project you get placed here. I got an good European project so it was good enough. Work life balance are only to be preferred when you work in a product based company and Capgemini is a service based company, so as i said don't expect work life balance in service based companies.

... about in Capgemini. I served here for 3 years and not even a single rupee hike. So better get a good deal of package or else you can only dream about hike

Worst compensation. Designations does not matter. You get 6% hike even if you get promoted with very low salary. But the responsibilities you get for the promotion will be as if they compensated you well and good. Not sure HR has a heart in this company. If you try talking with them, they will divert you from the topic of salary discussion and will try to get away from that conversation.

Nothing to be liked, it’s a pathetic company with lots of educated fools sitting around. It’s a trap to get into these foolish company. The only thing I like is my client. A Swedish mining company. They are great!!

...c, the HR is the biggest fool and in house learning culture is a load of shit. The salary is soo bad and the support is useless to mention. Here they care more about their utter waste of a policy more that employee well being. 90 days notice period is idiotic.

...g for any new project which is quite logical. This is nothing but quiet firing. The RMG people will only look for options to cut your salary if you are on the bench mentioning that the tool is indicating that our working hours are less and sending us the screenshots, instead, they should look more into resource project tagging.
