The company culture, vision and mission are really good. They arrange atleast one event per month to keep everyone engaged with fun and refreshing activities. There are many better chances to learn and improve ourselves. The new employee onboarding and induction programs were really smooth. The HRs are doing great job in collaborating, helping and clearing doubts of the employees all the time.

Dislikes

...ease approaches the developers were working till mid night to complete the work. Some might get the compensation but some could not claim it. Really appreciate if this could be addressed soon.

We can Improve reporting hierarchy. like working under the team lead who belongs to the same project. so that it will help us to monitor and maintain the team performance.

They provide a modest starting salary with a considerable portion allocated to the PF.

Nothing great about the company. Wasted 4 years of my life here. Extreme work pressure; very less pay for the 14 working hours that is spent daily. No work life balance and on most days the Project Manager calls for work even after working hours. It was Hell.

Dislikes

So many drawbacks to list. The project manager and management will never be ready to listen to feedbacks on their drawbacks.
