got attracted to salary and also they provide food facility nice office if you get a good manager your work life will be better supportive mangers if ur lucky

they just hire for 45days and fire you will feel like labour work you will be paid on day wages only list labours have less pressure than us even if you have dialled 250 calls and your daily target is not completed you have to work till 9.45 at night take working days on week if you have not done the target no holiday on Diwali/Holi/ etc every day is a working day no job security they can fire you any time worst working culture treats like labours the worst thing is small managers of age 23 to 26 don't know how to behave

I have worked over there for 4 months, their training is difficult but after completing it, and doing one other of service , I left the job because of huge work pressure and they have given me negative FnF They were not responding and I posted this complain on social media and they contacted but doesn't helped me out Now I need to pay them 6000 wow... This company really deserve a failure. They didn't even given me experience letter I just have separation mail

No job security, You can be laid off at any time during cost cutting, It won't matter how good you are at your work or what ever good you have done for the company if you will in upper bucket (high package) you can we laid off at any cost-cutting process.
