For nearly two years now, I've been working for the company, and it's a great place to grow and learn. The office environment is constantly changing, so there's always a way to be challenged and given new responsibilities to keep things interesting.

Dislikes

I like working here and there is no disadvantage I can think of right now.

First and most important think and learn is not at all edtech company it is completely sales B2C which is more and more indulging into fake selling and building up there own business. Not a single person care about what you are going through what exactly the challenges you are facing and they are sitting to make the revenue from you The floor we used to work is jail for employee everyone is working over there is having there own helplessness only the reason there are on the floor and hierarchy targeting the employee with much pressure for revenue there is no work life balance some other day manager ask to visit early in morning at 9AM some other we are not allowed to go before 10 PM in the evening. I have more pointers to say but again my words will fall short talking about company I personally suggest not to work with such organisation....Read More

Byjus is a fantastic place to work . The company has a great culture and values its employee very highly. Everyone here is extremely supportive of each other, which makes it easy for me to feel comfortable in my role and grow as quickly as possible.
