Apart from salary and incentives which I received until byjus started to deteriorate.. nothing I got to remember passionately ......indeed I got good else that's it

Dislikes

Work culture, working environment, internal politics, inhumane approach, work pressure leads to stressful life,, even have to work for 13 hours continuously for 2 weeks and then get week offs and there is no records of this working condition and no benefits for doing extra work.

...GLOBAL MARKET. There is work pressure but you find the people who understand it. You get your salary on time. There is much work pressure, I think the company is facing challenges in the market and trying to survive. You need to be hard working and fast paced.

NOT A COMPANY TO WORK WITH, YOU WILL NOT BE RECOGNISED EVEN AFTER WORKING HARD FOR YEARS. PLASE DO NOT WORK HERE. I WILL SUGGEST TO LEARN SOMETHING AND WORK FOR AN ORGANISATION WHERE YOU ARE LEARNING, GROWING AND BEING RECOGNISED. DO NOT THINK OF APPRAISAL OR A HIKE, THEY ARE NOT READY TO PAY WHAT THEY PROMISED WHILE GIVING THE JOB. The company needs to refine it's data and work culture. Everyone in the company is working beyond the office hours, without any overtime pay. The company should focus on the quality of the services, not on the quantity of data they process daily. The last thing I want to mention that may be common, that is; there is no one to see your efforts or the time you have given for the quality work.

Good salary compared other companies for similar roles with 5 days working. Unlike sales department, culture was good in non voice operations department and there was no pressure as such,nobody worked beyond thier shift timings 9-6/10-7. It was fun environment.

Dislikes

No personal growth, job security or opportunities internally. Can get promotion if your from sales team or through personal connection inside. But not with honest and hard work.

The cheap company you'd ever come accross. They only encourage toxic environment. You only can survive if you Entertain the management . You try taking stand for your self or the customers who were scammed investing in Byjus you are fired. Im struggling hard to get my final settlement and experience letter. There is no response or support from any team.

...ything about Byju's. Except that the medical insurance was processed on time. Otherwise, salary isn't issued on time, cut out fixed compensation. They want 100% performance but they won't give incentives even though it was promised. My incentive of 14000 was included in final settlement. At last moment I was informed that Incentives will nit be given. Atleast The remaining should be ruled out right? But no, when try asking for it the management becomes blind, deaf and dumb. No support at all.
