The only positives about the company is that it's 5 days working and salary is credited on 1st working day of every month.

Dislikes

Work culture is very bad, they don't treat us as humans. Expect us to call customers till 10pm and still after that mark absent. Leaves are just to accumulate and keep in show case because you are not allowed to take a "Casual Leave" even if company provides you with CL/PL.

I have worked over there for 4 months, their training is difficult but after completing it, and doing one other of service , I left the job because of huge work pressure and they have given me negative FnF They were not responding and I posted this complain on social media and they contacted but doesn't helped me out Now I need to pay them 6000 wow... This company really deserve a failure. They didn't even given me experience letter I just have separation mail

There is nothing to like about byjus. But, byjus gave me a decent salary when no when was ready to give me a chance.

Dislikes

Their work culture, unrealistic revenue sales target, no appreciation, taking every bit of your energy and potential and still expecting more. Don't know how many household it had destroyed by giving them financial worries, demoralizing kids infronts of their parents, parents losing hope from their kids because of our selfish sales strategies.
