They hired few wrong person in Management, also couple of tenured employee in management are in Politics and that create complete toxic environment in Finance department. Pre-covid, this was the one of the best organisation to work

...tators who has taken an oath of making your life a hell. no systematic approach. The leaders are all money suckers , always on an approach on how they will deduct your salary. You can not even share your situation as no body cares . They will lead you to depression and mental harrassment. This kind of people mismanagement organization should be shut immediately. Playing with people's career and mind . Never join this fraud organization.

Apart from a good work-life balance, there is not much to appreciate about. Yes, they do give slightly higher salary than market (Warning: It's a trap!).

Dislikes

Biased approach in everything. If you have self respect, do not join here on a Contract basis be it a third-party or any other means. Also, you have to complete your work hours strictly. It doesn't makes any difference if you have completed your tasks early in a day or have kept them pending for another week. With such an environment, forget about adding new skills; very soon you might lose grip on your current expertise as well.
