Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Here I would suggest to all job seekers that HR always be experience seekers only, rarely gives opportunity to job seekers infact jobs are offer to all those who are not seeking job.because they prefer headhunting tool in process of recruitment that means working employee is much better than a candidate coming for interview. So it is my personal experience with HR in number of companies that don't go for interview immediate after getting offer for face to face round on same day when recruiter called you. If you are right person for their profile, ask to arrange virtual round with final interviewer so that you could save your time and money alongwith disturbing mind if they reject you .
