Ssc is very good

however if u work in OSM u will deak with micromanagers(TLs) except few othere are under qualified and try to over smart you . Where. Senior Manager are very good. If they really want to fix and grow there OSM department they really need to fix there TL as they r worst of worst. Persons.

Many things first they referred that it's very happening on the floor but the work culture is worse for business line team b cause everyone is corrupted there.

Toxic work culture driven from the top. People are abused on calls and in person meetings. Berating and dominating colleagues is the culture in the Indian wing. It's a sick place.
