You can randomly have some free days when there's no work.

Dislikes

They will not let you live. There was never a day during COVID when the world finished on time. It always started early and ended really really late. There's tons of office politics and power abuse in the management side of OSM. It is definitely not awesome as it was earlier said to be.

Through whole lockdown we were provided with job security, there were no salary cuts. We were comfortably working from home till now.

Dislikes

I feel there are not much growth opportunities as well not much increase in salary while getting promoted or when switched to other process

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety

however if u work in OSM u will deak with micromanagers(TLs) except few othere are under qualified and try to over smart you . Where. Senior Manager are very good. If they really want to fix and grow there OSM department they really need to fix there TL as they r worst of worst. Persons.
