I have join BC management services Pvt Ltd company as a junior executive in AP. There is limited learning things in the company. No proper training team who could help to new joiner to learn. This is not a good place to career growth. Discrimination is there but company shows they do equality for all. Way of working is not flexible.

Not good environment in career growth, Very less opportunity to promote, Not a very good Hike any increments, Deducted transport charges, small cafeteria , Discrimination with the employee but they try to show case equality. Not easy to implement idea. Not supported if any one want to do any good things for the company. Higher post managers can leave office early. Not a flexible of break timings, Unnecessary work pressure, Not a good company for work in terms of career growth, Flexibility of work , Now they are not giving any transport facility also.
