Company culture is good, job security is there, salary and incentives are not so good but cant say bad its jst moderate.

Best company for entry level people, Best minds are managers can learn too much from them when u interact better, Pioneers in biscuit manufacturing learn more.. Extensive training on biscuit manufacturing will make u an expert

There is very good for beginners. A lot of skills for learning in c.p. units.

Dislikes

There is 12 hrs shift,no time for family. While the salary is least in comparison of job responsibilities. No personal and social life is there. There is no security of job. No medical and physical check up is their while documentation is always okk.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive but the management isn't. The give good salary but not on time.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. No salary on time and also career growth is slow. No job security is there.

Transparency issue, Even after clearing the leap here, promotions don't happen. The conversion rate is very poor. One way communication here . All are Boss , not leader.
