Very less pay if you are not on company payroll, our highest degree is not taken care, i request please do not do campus hiring for offrole position, as the pay you provide is not at all justifiable.

...litics. Managers became political leaders rather than Management representative. Too many old people left the company only due to No Salary hike, Worst Appraisal Process and Such a bad politics...

...hers & dont get any benifits though. No increaments, no promotions nothing else. Just a take home salary of 15K. Having a whole lot of work pressure.

...sting HOD is a part of ELT. Among ELT, there's no one from the Tire Background. Last 3-4 years yearly increment gets worst and hence the current salary is less than Market.

As it is Japanese company,some of policies brought by Japanese people are good.Compensation policies are good as well as work life balance is also good

Due to Indian people in management ,companies japanese culture is depleting.Also there is no carrier growth in company as well as very less increments in salary. In management people from particular caste and religion promote their caste people. "Aapala Manus"
