Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, i have to work 14-1 8hours straights in day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Members do not value an individual's 'unique strength,which is why I have to takebace my suggestions most of the times. I do revive appreciations emails from my client. But they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also,there is no on job training for fresher. Hence senior floks like me have to guide them step which is a pain sometimes.

Actually when I was worked in that organization on 2017 and I worked around 4 to 5 months and when I applied for 20 days leave for an exam and i submitted my all details like exam date sheet to my tl. And when I will be back. It's automatically terminated without any call or email. This is the worst experience I have seen in that organization.

...rked for.This company not looking for a employee they only trying to earn money.They looted my one month salary and not giving my pf amount that still lying on this company. Try to communicate several times but no one gave any reply.This company ruin my life. if anyone want to do suicide they can joined in this company..

The entire system seems to operate on favoritism, where those who indulge in flattery get ahead, while hardworking individuals receive no guidance, only pressure and mistreatment. Even in cases of serious illness—whether personal or within their family—there is no compassion or support from the management. Also there should be a feedback call policy from bottom to higher management.
