...ls aache nhi dete bolte hai alag dth se aache hai lekin thora v signal nhi aata. Employees ka salary khate hai, last month ka salary nhi dete faltu ka policy bolke employees se v scam karte hai aur karwate hai. Emergency mein v leave lene nhi dete. Sirf paisa khana hai inlog ko na training aache se dete hai. One of the worst to join, issliye humesa employees v change hota hai.

If your resigning the company they will not give the experience letter and they will hold salary. The team leadere are too bad, they will deduct the amount for headset and access card but they will not give if we asks also they will not respond

One of the worst company ever and no job security ever, only salary is available and did not ask for any incentives and they did gave any experience letter or acceptance mail after releaving from the company. They blocked my I'd while on my notice period of time and it's my issue

Before joining company gives wrong commitment about the salary and incentives, but they only salary not properly. The client " Ashfaaq " Is one of the worst client ever and used to block I'ds of agent without any reason and blocks all of the agents in the floor without any reason. That's why I hate this company

I like the environment and floor decorum of bpo office.

Dislikes

I dislike the the way HR team and Manager not bother about agents security, no increment in salary, no proper response from HR team on pay slips and after reliving no relieving letter were given after resign acceptence, delay in FNF amount and Experience letter which was a worst experience.
