Salary is less Senior employees not helpful you have to wait long time to convince them ,that u r not understanding. Zero skill development Hike is very less Managers don't how to manage. Forget about promotions and apparesal. Growth is very less Less opportunities Always don't go with the image and benefits shown in company page, also with the review given by loyal dogs.

Projects are stable and structured for long time , and if you get good seniors its a good company to work at.(on luck)

Salary and promotion takes too much time, mostly things are automated and less scope for learnings. Rely too much on process than skillgrowth
