Whenever there is an change in high level management or in any hard times, there will be slight variations in existing policies. Cognizant will never say NO to the employees . But they will take time, work at background in shaping up the things and bring us the benefits. I guess this is a common things in corporates.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues

Good work environment & Teammates are supportive. have learnt new skills & have a good work satisfaction

Sometimes need to stretch hours to complete the task for day which recognition or compensation is not given.

You need to show case yourself in Front of others or else you will be like ghost(no visibility)
