The salary for fresher was low and their leave policy and other benefits nothing was discussed by HR. My PF amount was not credited according to government norms by the company. They dont provide enough leaves and extend the working hours.

...supportive and the management is transparent. There is a cafeteria for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are not fair and they give low salary hike Yearly once

Please increase the salary for employees

...rovide good package and job security for the employees, please move on to other. You wont get any extra benefit and your pay will be down to the ground.

Teammates are good. And more importantly, thay have conducted events and gaming's which will help to relax. There will be no work pressure and managers were good help our growth.

Only salary, which is the main problem. They are good enough to give, but they won't.

Its a BPO company, Good trainers and good cab facility

Dislikes

No job security, low salary, No safety for women , No Women HR, 8 hours work and extension,week off OT sometimes they won't give OT amount for week offs, No holidays based on US and India.
