Work work work if not complete the target means extend the shift, and working weekends also no pay if company need also no pay, no fun activities and no celebrations if festival day no activities, please find better feature in other company.

Our company had been worked as Team Leader, manager are very support to me. I had been process teach to new joiner in my team.

...ement allocated lowest appraisal. So management said it is pandemic situation. New joiner first preference of highly salary. Tenure employee not preference in our company. Company policies changes of 90 days of Notice period. I m not like this company policy.

Good atmosphere. Helpful colleagues. Knowledge improves day by day. But salarywise low. Yearly less number of increment only they give us. Basic pay also low. That is the only problem.

Salary low. Annual increment also very low. This is the big problem in Visionet.

Salary doesn't credit on time, salary related concerns are regular, Faviratim is common, no cab, no food coupons, not good for experienced professionals

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming

Threa is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow
