Job Description -

• Identifying the US Mortgage documents like income, assets, credit, and property docs and labeling them as per the pre-defined parameters.
• Extracting the data from US Mortgage documents and updating them in client applications.
• Ordering third-party documents and following up.
• Ensure the accuracy of mortgage data and prevent the closing of mortgages with deficiencies such as fraud, inaccurate data, and insufficient documentation.
• Perform audits and ensure that all terms of the sale are met.
• Provide a quantitative analysis of the findings of the documents and data.
• Provide in-depth audit review of post-close documents assuring all required documents, signatures, and dates are accounted for.
• Assure information is consistent across all documents including the initial and final CD, Note, Mortgage, disclosures, tax and insurance information, title policy and commitment, flood cert and insurance, W9, 45061, loan application, etc.
• Validate the presence of documents and data using the client's provided checklist.

Required Skill Sets / Attributes

• Candidate should have at least 1+ years of experience in Loan processing/Post
  Closing/Indexing
• Must have strong knowledge of US Mortgage documents
• Analytical Analyze problems effectively and evaluate alternate solutions
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and ability to learn and work with new applications/platforms
• Excellent time management skills as well as attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication
