Excellent company facilities like annual bonus for employees performing best, PF, Insurance, 80%cost for daily meals.

Dislikes

Transport cab facilities not available for people working in BNY technologies. Most of the Leadership is from US, and you might be the only person working from India in special processes so you have manage the timezone differences while working.

Work culture is nice. Company policy are supportive of employees.

...ement while real hardwork goes unnoticed. Career growth only if you ask for. Pay is below market. Internal job movement not possible without manager approval.

holidays they provided for employees otherwise inautix earlier was vry good for IT industry now its totally taken by BNY MELLON as its father cmpny. Worst work culture. In terms of skill , learning , good banking domain projects are there. Learning part is also fine otherwise thumbs down from my end.

Environment is very stressfull inside in terms of cost cutting in every part of employee benefited areas eg: team outing, onsite opportunity, travelling.. stress full environment.

BNYMellon was good before but now days they want employees with less salary and on third party payroll becoz of which they trouble permanent staff they don't even care about they employees who worked with them for so many years and specially in covid situation about their job security specially there are managers who take advantage of bad crises situation to trouble their employees against who

Work atmosphere will be awesome. Fixed pay only here and no variable pay concept.

Dislikes

No proper time will be given to understand the business requirements. They will ask to do all rocket science work without having proper source of information. You will be hired for a specific role but you will be asked to do all works such as requirements gathering, arranging meeting with client , development , Testing, analysing and all managerial or PMO kind of stuff also has to be cared. If all are not properly taken care by you then they will consider under performer
