Nothing much but they should increase current package of all employees bcoz if you see current situation all prizes hiked so it is not sufficient what they give ... minimum package should 6 lakh for entry level

BNy is company where you have job security and companies policies are also good in terms of leave,compensation.

Overall Company is good.It depends on which team you are.If you are under team where management and work is good and you have work life balance than this Company is very good place to work.

Every three month Layoff Cycles. Mandatory 10% Below Expectation in each Team. So overall Sword on your head all the time. Work on Old technology always but wish to recruit Engineers and ask them to work in Excels and after working for few years you realize you are out-dated.

...ey have night shift based projects. It's really difficult to manage family life. Very low salary structure and shift allowance very poor.
