Dislikes

Company is hiring freshers on salary around 14 lakh to around 33 lakh but they dont have money to provide the same to their senior employees. Since Robin Vince join the organization company started discriminating towards senior employees. It looks like they want all the senior employees to resign the organization and just want to hire freshers to cover them.

1) Competitive salary benefits. 2) Meaningful corporate social responsibility initiatives. 3) Strong diversity and inclusion programs. 4) Moderate teamwork efforts in the Pershing department, but strong in the BNYM department.

1) Limited career growth opportunities, especially in the Pershing department, compared to quicker advancement in the BNY Mellon department. 2) Lack of motivation and respect for colleagues' input. 3) Excessive bureaucracy hindering changes in the diverse work culture. 4) Poor HR follow-up on candidates' job applications, often with delays of one month or more . 5) Leadership placing candidates in roles unsuitable for their skills and the work environment. 6) High work pressures within the Pershing department, leading to employee exhaustion. 7) Demanding 24/7 production support shiffts within the Pershing department. 8) Inadequate rest periods due to rotational shifts in Pershing Production support. 9) Insufficient focus on skill development for Pershing production support and development teams, hindering learning and growth 10) Detrimenal office politics arising from dual shift schedules within a limited 24-hour period. 11) Rejection of applicants multiple times for suitable job roles, with inconsistencies in experience requirements. 12) Slow hiring processes at BNY Mellon and Pershing (now Per X), leading to delays in processing job applications. 13) Missed project opportunities for interns in the production support team due to full-stack devevlopment training, resulting in dissatisfaction and role misalignment. 14) Absence of team change processes in BNY Mellon and Per X divisions, inefficient future work change plans, and recurring office politics in the production support team consume valuable time. 15) Poor performance ratings resulting in the absence of merit pay increases. 16) Workers became aware of impending layoffs due to restructuring changes when the new CEO announced plans to implement layoff procedures aimed at reducing staff resources from 2023 to 2024.
