no consideration of long term employees. work overload, unnecessary expenses for managers and infrastructure but no seat for employees to sit. domination, partiality, unnecessary meetings panicking employees, no proper requirement sharing, not giving time for analysis,always giving tests for employees, too many prod issues, over time weekend supports with no it. no hike, always low rating, micro management etc

... good annual hikes, bonuses and annual gifts. 42 leaves, nice medical policy. Employer retiral contribution is separate from the CTC, hence whole CTC comes as in hand salary. holidays they provided for employees otherwise inautix earlier was vry good for IT industry now its totally taken by BNY MELLON as its father cmpny. Worst work culture. In terms of skill , learning , good banking domain projects are there. Learning part is also fine otherwise thumbs down from my end.
