No job security, once the project is over they don't have much client to move you in some other projects, were you are forced to resign. Salery dedection is very high , HR doesn't gives any clarity of the dedection which is worst policy.

...ll on a project, they can be replaced, put on the bench, or even asked to leave. The salary structure is highly deceptive—some new joiners end up with a take-home pay lower than what they earned at their previous organization. Policies are a joke; everything depends on HR, who can tweak things as they see fit. Even managers have little to no control or over their decisions.

...of seniors who are there in the company from 20. No involvement no transparency. There was no exit interview to highlight, even manager decided whether the employee will receive salary or not, based on their deliveries which is pathetic, also that’s not developer’s fault as their requirements keep on changing. It’s very unrealistic to survive in such team. Lot of people leaving their jobs from the same project I guess management should check and interfere it’s high time

... or bagging more project based on current. The team never gets compensated well. Earlier cycle was from April then july now we would get increments in Nov salary so its really demotivating.
