I appreciate the flexibility that remote work offers, and I understand its importance in today's world. However, I've found that I thrive best in a more collaborative and interactive work environment. While working from home has advantages, I sometimes miss the in-person interactions and the spontaneous exchanges of being in the office. It's not that I dislike working from home; it's just that I feel more connected and productive when I am part of a team working in a physical workspace

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
