Absolutely no work life balance Bad salary compensation acc to industry standards Terrible hikes Management openly favors product team in the company while the service side employees are completely ignored while being overworked. They'd rather pay a new college hire double your salary then give you a decent hike They boast about horizontal and vertical career opportunities whereas in reality it's maybe 1 or 2 out of 100 who get that opportunity as long as you're a yes man

You learn a lot a as a fresher, not so much as an experienced individual. You can get reimbursement for upto Rs. 25,000 for your certification each year so managing the budget is in your hands.

Dislikes

No overtime pay when you are expected to work for 12-18 hours a day and you get booted when raising concerns for the same. No work-life balance as mentioned and would really not mean much if you are not learning something you would like. Politics on pay raise and promotion and make false promises for the same until they could not no longer afford to do that. No team outing if you are working for the clients and no one bothers your existence unless you are working on any in-house projects.

... have serve 60 days but if the company is asking you to leave it's only 30 days. That too without any compensation for even a month. According to me this not fair on employee side. I pretty much aware that this feedback will not be shown.

I just started working with betsol, In term of salary it is good we are getting salary ob last day of every month,i don't have idea about appraisal and job security as of now. but overall work culture is good.

Nothing but i think there is no extra accomodations
