Dislikes

Middle Management has no vision. And market knowledge. Field team has to teach and train them for meetings with superiors. Overall middle management is problem at Bajaj auto.

Hierarchy is very small , difficult to grow from one level to another .. appraisal process is very dark & driven by nepotism/ favours . No clear guidance from top management..

Overall a good company to work, learning work culture, best in industry pay package, people in organization are the pros to consider while considering this company.

There is nothing much to say here but one thing which is the limited growth opportunities due to its very lean organizational structure

No job security. Only people who can make bosses happy (other than work) can be safe. Others shall be sacked any moment. Very high politics in office. No work life balance. Will have to work on PPT for all days rather than actual work.
