...GULAR CHECKED ITS WORKERS AND EMPLOYEES HEALTH AND SPREAD AWARE ABOUT COVID 19. OVERALL EXPERIENCE IS GOOD BUT THE SALARY IS NOT GOOD FOR AT THESE STAGE LIKE TATA AND L&T. THERE IS GOOD FOOD AND BREAKFAST TOO.

...mount for resignation and for experience letter.Trainee engineer not paid bonus. Salary increment is slow . Promotion chances is very low at the level of diploma.

Good salary if get selected as a permanent employee, but work is heavy, like assembling engine/automobile parts etc. If you are a hard worker then it's suitable for you

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics, partiality and management doesn't address our issues salary is very less and career growth is slow.

They provides me salary almost 50 days during covid -19. But they terminated me during covid -19 Because I was unable to reach Pune because no any one transportation were resume from my native place Gorakhpur.And i was totally out of money in month of july which I reached Pune to join my duty.

They were not supportive. Specifically The HR Department.

...new things their old employees help me every time and my teammates also help me. The salary company gives me is enough because its my training period that's why i m satisfied with it. The working environment was so cool. In Bajaj Auto they gives a chance to do something new innovation like keizen techniques. So the overall Bajaj working experience is great.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike. But if you want to learn a new stage or want to be change your work than you can't change though if team leader don't want.
