Company laid off, didn't even settled FNF within 45days. No one is bothered how employee suffers.

No diwali bonus, no perks, no incentives, no proper hike, straight away laid off employees during covid-19 also not settling FNF and PF

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high.Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day.

There is no groth i have give 5years of my life to the company and didn’t het any promotion but the one join gets higher salary. I worked as a customer care and the bad day of my life came when a customer hit me on head in the workplace and b2x didn’t do anything i have took my stand and went to police station there was no support from b2x still I continue my work with b2x hoping things will change but unfortunately it didn’t so I finally took my step out.

Work culture is really good, I have overall 4years of experience with B2X. We can learn so many things while working. Company gives us various opportunity to learn and work in friendly environment.
