At first everything was good there, but after a horrible person in HR department joined, company ruined their image completely. Many employees who worked with this company for so long left the organization just because of a single person i.e. HR of this company.

There are lots of things which is terrible here, like politics, management rules & regulations, salary hike and salary structure, behavior of some employees but most of the important HR of this company is devastating, manner less, immature, rude, unprofessional, uneducated, no idea of any rules related to company and HR policies. She has no idea because of her reputation of this company going down in market.

There is nothing to like about a company for whom employees are nothing better than toilet paper. And they play with the carrier of the employee.

...titude towards the employee. Their word and commitment has no value and meaning. They commit and promise benefits and compensation, just to hire someone. And later the HR (Poornima Jain) refuses all by saying that you didn't ask the directors to mention you benefits and compensation on your job interview form

Not much except learn new work & exploring different places. That's it

Dislikes

Almost everything. You have zero social life, your personal life will be finished, depression, trauma, politics is very common in this company. Almost every senior is terrible. They will tourture you, playing politics with you, if they feel you are a threat to them with your personality & work then you are gone. They don't like anyone grow in this company and make them feel useless for the management.
