There is nothing to like about a company for whom employees are nothing better than toilet paper. And they play with the carrier of the employee.

Dislikes

The Directors and their attitude towards the employee. Their word and commitment has no value and meaning. They commit and promise benefits and compensation, just to hire someone. And later the HR (Poornima Jain) refuses all by saying that you didn't ask the directors to mention you benefits and compensation on your job interview form

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. At first everything was good there, but after a horrible person in HR department joined, company ruined their image completely. Many employees who worked with this company for so long left the organization just because of a single person i.e. HR of this company.
