The job security and learning opportunities are good

Dislikes

Compensation and benefits is an area where the co. Definitely needs to improve. The hikes and promotion policies are not the best considering the effort one has to put it in.

Likes

Salary is fairly decent, travel opportunities are a lot (which I did not get though)

Dislikes

Lack of coordination in teams, learning is low and work is repetitive which is prevelant in every sector though, over burdening during peak time as work was alloted in the evening and would have to be submitted "immediately" which meant eorking till 2am also(although work from home was allowed for such timings) low growth for a professionals and not an 'ideal' place for CAs, lack of guidance and no direct interaction with he client.

Likes

Company is open to new ideas from fresh minds and invests a lot on training its employees. Teams across locations get to work together remotely and this helps build good connects across different offices. Overall a good place for a fresher in the Corporate World.

Dislikes

... of about 14-16 hours while the same does not get counted for during appraisals. Attrition rate is high as outside in the industry pay always seems to be higher.

Likes

There is a good culture and helpful mangers, seniors, company give a good services their employees.

Dislikes

Salary package is very low. Work from home is not available at this time. This time is very penic time.

Likes

Colleagues are helpful and knowledgable. Work timings are flexible.

Dislikes

Company is not employee friendly. No focus on employee motivation as there are no R&R given Monetary growth is extremely slow.
