Compensation and benefits is an area where the co. Definitely needs to improve. The hikes and promotion policies are not the best considering the effort one has to put it in.

Salary is fairly decent, travel opportunities are a lot (which I did not get though)

Lack of coordination in teams, learning is low and work is repetitive which is prevelant in every sector though, over burdening during peak time as work was alloted in the evening and would have to be submitted "immediately" which meant eorking till 2am also(although work from home was allowed for such timings) low growth for a professionals and not an 'ideal' place for CAs, lack of guidance and no direct interaction with he client....Read More

Boring, Hectic because at an odd time in the evening they give the work which is to be done within few hours (which means working till 2am too-although work from home is given for such time)
