There will have to be a little increment in the salary of the lower level employees, because there they are already from third party role, everything else is very good.

I'm very disappointed with my experience at Axis Bank. The work culture feels overly pressurized, and I find the numerous account charges frustrating. It seems like there are fees for every little thing, which adds to my dissatisfaction. Overall, I do not appreciate the environment or the practices at Axis Bank.

... to such pressure, especially during peak login times. I hate this bank forever. I’ve been facing significant financial strain due to my salary being consistently low at 7,000 to 8,000 for the past 10 months. The bank has deducted amounts for parental insurance without proper communication, and this has caused me a lot of hardship.

Salary credited on time. Work culture is so so.

No work - personal life balance. Worked on holiday's but no comp off. Bonus and salary hike is too low. No training conducted in 3 year's of my term. Very less interaction between higher supervisor.

... expectations. Onboarding was handled well, and the HR team was very supportive. The salary is fair, and the work-life balance is positive. ...an the others banks. Service is not good die to sales pressure is higher on BRO. As per qualification and knowledge they are not given the salary. KRA is same for all grades.
