I am describing monthly target of sales for a branch relationship officer in assistant manager grade. 15 account including saving and current. FD of rupees 7 lakh Life insurance of around 1 lakh to 150000 premium. 1 or 2 general insurance of around 8000 to 12000. 4-5 credit card and debit card to achieve ocs point. These are target you have to do in a month to survive in a bank otherwise you have to attend con call with your manager and cluster head in ever single day. If you don't complete this target you have to sit in a branch till 8 or 9:00 p.m. If you don't complete this target you want get promotion and a good rating. And they will pay only 20k salary to achieve these target and there is huge work pressure.

Axis bank is a good place fir work but it's totally depends on your supervisor. Best part of the organisation is a job security transparency and also growth opportunities

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues.Salary is not good as per their expectations from there employees towards work. HR policies is not good .

Axis gives less salary compared to other bank and also high work pressure and high pressure to cross sell and make employees to run behind the customer and its make Customer to get irritated

Everything is very good, and Axis Bank is a brand with a very good name in the market.

There will have to be a little increment in the salary of the lower level employees, because there they are already from third party role, everything else is very good.
