There is no senior or junior in the organisation. Most of the time we'll receive support from senior.

Dislikes

*We need to work more than 12 hours a day. Eventhough I'm in operations I've been working more than that with minimal amount of salary. *In name of supporting to the branches we're working in place of call centre' if we avoid they'll escalate to our seniors. *Even on all weekends you'll be working more that what you can do.....&never get off for any thing emergency .....means anything serious...no leave ... Something's can't be explained by words:()

...etter didn't mention the amount that going to be deducted for Medical insurance. Yearly company takes 12k from a 40k person's salary for medical insurance which is not at all mentioned the in the offer letter. It is mandatory for a person even they deducted the money from whom who going to left the company within 3months.

Work Life balance not maintained depend upon work. Used to left the branch at 9 due to sales and work pressure. depends upon branch head and higher authority.

...increment only 5.5% and no matter hard work you do employee has to get 3 rating. There is no value for employee who is senior and never get salary increment as per industry standards and only top mgt gets big bonus. If organization respect employee and gives proper salary then sky is limit
