...AY AND ACHIEVE THE TARGET AND made you sit on office and do past pending works. I work for 11 days that's all and i have to wait 45 to 60days for my 11days salary to receive. There are people who are working in the KYC department from 6 years with same position what they are started with NO PROMOTION AT ALL. And people with no proper their workspace are working like you know that there will be the drawers on side of your bed THAT THEY ARE JOIN 2 DRAWERS TOGETHER AND MAKING THEM LIKE A TABLE AND DOING THERE JOB. NO LEAVE AT ALL EVEN IF YOU ARE SICK THEY'LL MAKE YOU WORK FROM HOME.

Axis gives less salary compared to other bank and also high work pressure and high pressure to cross sell and make employees to run behind the customer and its make Customer to get irritated
