...s good but no work life balance, no future security because it's a off role job. Off role job is becomes a object in success stares and salary increment is too much low in percentages like 4-5%. It is very depressed condition to do a 9am to 7pm job and get to less salary in your hand. Work and responsibilities are too much to handles but you are stuck between sales team and policy. Policy says hold files with pendency and sales team want just login there incomplete files. Senior also says not login incomplete files but they accept when sales team approach them and when you accept without there permission they questioning you - why you login etc etc. My overall experience it's not valuable job you have to compromise with your self respect many times.

...ost important role of the department but they hire people as off role employees.and as a offrole employee you get less salary, less respect and less benefits of job. Our PFs 100% part deducted from our salary. On role employee gets there 10 days mandatory leaves yearly and off role employees get work work and work😊

Axis gives less salary compared to other bank and also high work pressure and high pressure to cross sell and make employees to run behind the customer and its make Customer to get irritated

No work life balance. Unlimited pressure on tpp products. Huge mental pressure. Worst work culture. Huge partiality within employees. No team work.
